David joined GLG Law in 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience in Litigation, Real Estate, Corporate/Commercial Law, Land Use, and Appellate Practice. David now looks forward to advancing his practice and serving his clients throughout the real estate industry with GLG Law, a dynamic team committed to providing exceptional legal services.
 
David’s practice includes representing a broad spectrum of clients, including large institutional lenders, major developers of mixed-use and multifamily properties, commercial landlords and tenants, utility companies, individual homeowners, and some of Connecticut’s most prestigious Realtors. He handles both straightforward and complex real estate and construction transactions and he is equally skilled in managing both the transactional and litigation aspects of cases.
 
David has appeared before Connecticut’s Superior Court and Appellate Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. He is known for his experience dealing with contested litigation, residential and commercial real estate matters, land use, title issues, foreclosure, and finance, and has authored articles and delivered lectures on these subjects.
 

A member of the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, and the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association, David is also one of a select number of real estate attorneys in Connecticut authorized to close residential loans for most banks and credit unions. In addition to representing individual clients, he works closely with commercial developers on both residential and commercial projects.
 
Born in Oakville, Ontario, David earned his Juris Doctorate in 1998 from Quinnipiac University and his Bachelor’s Degree from McGill University in Montreal. He looks forward to leveraging his experience and building strong, lasting relationships with clients as he continues to grow with GLG Law.
